Job description
Our client who are a single site commercial law practice with excellent offices in London are currently seeking a bright and motivated Paralegal to join their newly created Post Completions team.
You will be joining a Partner led team that specialise in a full variety of residential property matters with a focus on high net worth individuals which will include sales/purchases, leasehold, enfranchisement property, investment and buy-to-let, right to buy properties, new builds and developments, tenancy agreements, re-mortgages, equity release schemes, transfers of equity, service charge disputes and licences to alter.
Duties will include:
- Liaising/updating LMS/ Lender Exchange and meeting all deadlines on these sites;
- Submitting Stamp Duty applications and liaising with the Land Registry;
- Ensuring all property registrations are submitted and complying with all mortgage lender requirements;
- Post-completion matters for leasehold properties as well as freehold.
About you:
- As a Paralegal you must have sufficient experience in post-completion or residential property matters.
- Must be organised and motivated in order to be able to start up a team which will have growth potential.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
