About us
We are a boutique law firm located in Markham, Ontario.
Our law office provide legal services in the following areas:
a) Real Estate;
b) Family Law;
c) Wills and Estate;
d) Civil litigations; and
e) Contract law.
We are looking for a licensed paralegal that has his/her own legal service or practice and interested in taking on additional family law and/or litigation files on a independent contractor basis.
Interested canadiates should possess the following credentials/experiences/skills:
a) at least 2 years of experience working on Family Law or litigation files with minimal supervision;
b) comfortable with using Microsoft office software such as Microsoft words, excel, gmail and google/microsoft window web browsers;
c) familiar with retrieving, filling out and filing court forms etc.;
d) carries a valid professional liability insurance coverage;
e) carries a valid paralegal licence with the Law Society of Ontario;
f) proficiencies in the English Language and preferably Chinese; and
g) carries a valid Driver’s Licence and drives.
The fee of the paralegal will be paid on an independent contractor basis as such we will only be considering those candidates that carries a valid legal service corporation duly registered with the Law Society of Ontario and also obtained a valid HST number only.
