Our client, one of the oldest law firms in the world, is currently seeking to hire an experienced Paralegal to join them in their Tunbridge Wells office on a permanent basis.
This Paralegal positions sits within their 'Court of Protection' department which is ranked in Band 1 nationally and is made up of 21 Fee-Earners and 11 Support Staff. As the successful Court of Protection Paralegal, you'll be responsible for but not limited to the following:
- Providing support to the overall Court of Protection team
- Dealing with client and third party queries
- Financial and accounting management of deputyship cases
- Collating information for preparation of tax returns
- Drafting and preparing applications to the Court of Protection
- Liaising with banks, stockbrokers, financial advisors, accountants, department, barristers and other parties

To qualify for this position, you'll need a MINIMUM of one year as a Court of Protection Paralegal - this is essential and the only area of law that will be relevant for the role, a law degree (LLB & GDL) and you'll also need to be able to commute to Tunbridge Wells.
