Our client, who works in the personal injury law sector, are looking for an experienced Paralegal to join their lovely growing team in Edinburgh.

In this role you will investigate cases at pre-litigation stage, collect evidence, and assist principal fee earners with preparation of cases. More importantly, you would be joining a team that help families throughout the East coast through matters involving:

• Road traffic accidents
• Workplace injuries
• Fatal accidents
• Occupiers' liability cases

Salary : Approximately £32,000
Hours: 9am - 5pm

Requirements:

• At least 1-2 years paralegal experience
• Experience managing own case holding
• Attention to detail
• Empathy
• Initiative
• Teamwork
• Knowledge of the pre-litigation phase

Desirable requirements:

• Reparation Paralegal Qualification
• Personal Injury Experience
• Knowledge of litigation, employers liability, road accidents, occupiers liability and public liability.
