Available Job Today ParaLegal (6 Month FTC)

Location: Remote with one or two days per week at our Wimbledon office (as and when required)

Salary: Competitive

Contract Type: 6 month fixed-term contract

We have an exciting opportunity for a paralegal to join the Domestic & General Legal Team initially on a 6-month fixed term contract.

Reporting to one of the Legal Directors, you will assist the Legal Team with managing various tasks primarily relating to our US business.

Key role responsibilities:

• Maintaining trackers and change logs with respect to customer terms and conditions;
• Managing plan filing and re-filing processes with US external counsel;
• Operating license renewals and other corporate filings with internal stakeholders and external counsel;
• Working on signing processes and engaging notaries where required;
• Reviewing NDAs;
• Producing PowerPoint presentations.

Skills and experience required:

• 
  Confident in interacting with a wide-range of stakeholders;
• Law degree or law conversion
• Proactive and extremely organised;
• Strong attention to detail;
• Experienced with working to tight deadlines;
• Good written and verbal communication skills.

Desirable skills and experience:

• Previous experience as a paralegal in a corporate / commercial team either in-house or in private practice.
• Experience working in the US or for a global organisation.
• LPC or foreign qualified lawyer
