We have an exciting opportunity for a paralegal to join the Domestic & General Legal Team initially on a 6-month fixed term contract.
Reporting to one of the Legal Directors, you will assist the Legal Team with managing various tasks primarily relating to our US business.

Key role responsibilities:
- Maintaining trackers and change logs with respect to customer terms and conditions;
- Managing plan filing and re-filing processes with US external counsel;
- Operating license renewals and other corporate filings with internal stakeholders and external counsel;
- Working on signing processes and engaging notaries where required;
- Reviewing NDAs;
- Producing PowerPoint presentations.
Skills and experience required:
Confident in interacting with a wide-range of stakeholders;- Law degree or law conversion
- Proactive and extremely organised;
- Strong attention to detail;
- Experienced with working to tight deadlines;
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
Desirable skills and experience:
- Previous experience as a paralegal in a corporate / commercial team either in-house or in private practice.
- Experience working in the US or for a global organisation.
- LPC or foreign qualified lawyer
