Job description
Job Title: Panel Beater / Technician
Location: Rue Des Pres, Jersey
Salary: £30,000-£35,000 (depending on experience and qualifications) + £2,000 Joining Fee + Bonus + Overtime
Hours: Full Time, Permanent - 40 hours per week (Monday to Friday)
Our client, a leading independent car dealer group with 61 dealership sites in the UK and Channel Islands, is hiring a Panel Beater / Technician for their Jersey dealership. You will be responsible for conducting panel repair work on various car makes, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
The Role

Perform top-quality body repair and restoration for customers' vehicles.

Adhere to relevant protocols and regulations set by legislation, the company, E-scribe, Manufacturers, or ATA Senior Technicians.

Maintain accurate and timely records.

Demonstrate advanced skills and knowledge as a vehicle body repair technician.

Understand and fulfill customer and company needs, working independently and effectively.
Requirements

ATA accredited and fully qualified (City & Guilds or NVQ equivalent).

Proficient in managing processes, administration, and paperwork.

Balances customer satisfaction, quality, safety, and business demands.

Possess a full driving license for at least 6 months with fewer than 9 penalty points.
- Must have evidence of the right to work in the UK.
