Paid Social Media Manager - Marketing
We are seeking a talented and data-driven paid social media manager to help drive efficient growth across our mobile and web properties. We are an early-stage business, and you will be working in an agile environment within the Growth team, working alongside teams such as marketing, data analytics, CX and design, with plenty of opportunities to build your skills, drive key initiatives and make an impact.
You will be responsible the day-to-day management of our campaigns (using tools such as Meta Business Manager), and be encouraged to explore new opportunities to drive paid social media impact.

Key Responsibilities
- End-to-end management of paid social campaigns including forecasting, strategy, execution, optimisation and measurement
- Handle daily campaign maintenance, including optimisation and consistent tracking
- Work with internal teams to continuously create and launch new assets across paid social
- Turn detailed performance data into actionable insights and recommendations towards key business objectives and customer targets
- Support with paid social campaigns, including build, set up and QA
- Improve performance by optimising existing campaigns, using data to uncover opportunities to implement test opportunities including A/B landing page testing, new placements or ad copy testing
- Work effectively across the business, collaborating with teams to drive a clear and positive experience for our customers
- Explore new channel and/or tools to improve engagement and efficiency
Key Skills and Experience
- Prior experience managing paid social campaigns. Paid search/DV360 experience desirable but not essential
- Experience with Social Ad platforms (Meta Business Manager, Twitter Ads and TikTok Ads)
- Familiar with bidding platforms across Search (Adwords, Bing, Apple) and DV360
- A passion for exploring the latest social media trends
- A natural project manager, with experience in running end-to-end initiatives within a fast-paced environment
- Analytical, with a test & learn mindset, comfortable working with data (and data teams) to identify trends and growth opportunities
- Collaborative mindset, comfortable working alongside product, content and creative teams
- Experience in mobile-first businesses a plus
