Working within the Paid media team, this is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious Paid Search & Social Account Manager to work as part of the UK team on one of the agency’s largest and fastest growing clients. Working alongside channel specialists for strategy, execution, and analytics, the chosen candidate will play an integral role in building innovative strategic work with the senior team. This role involves overseeing PPC & social campaign creation, management and optimization, best practice innovation and team management skills. You should have a strong paid media background, excellent communication and presentation skills and a curious and analytical mindset to work with internal and external stakeholders to help drive an exciting phase of growth for the client.

Your Experience
Essential
- Demonstrable experience (2+ years) in managing large paid search accounts and hands on experience running social accounts.
- Social - Knowledg of pixels, conversion events & full funnel targeting approaches on Facebook
- PPC – Knowledgge of and experience applying audiences and a range of bidding strategies/automation techniques on Google Ads
- Fully confident in use of Excel, including pivot tables, reporting and analysis uses
- Excellent presentation skills
- Resourceful, with proven problem-solving skills
- Understanding of how different paid search and social activities fit into the wider digital marketing mix, and how it impacts / is impacted by other channels
- Cool under pressure & able to manage competing deadlines & priorities
Desirable
- Knowledge of tracking/trafficking process & platforms (eg DCM/Sizmek/Flashtalking)
- Experience in feeding into – or leading – cross-channel plans
- PPC/Cross channel experience (inclusive of YouTube)
- Experience with secondary social platforms eg LinkedIn/Pinterest/Tik Tok
- Previous line management experience
- Solid understanding of Tracking/Analytics platforms including Google Analytics, Adobe etc
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
YOU WILL HELP A GLOBAL CLIENT EXECUTE BEST IN CLASS PPC, SOCIAL AND PROGRAMMATIC
The Account Manager will be responsible for paid search and social programmes for a major B2B and B2C client, across strategic planning and execution. This will include:
Understanding of clients’ business objectives & translation of these into media plans/campaigns with focus on both performance and branding. Key to this will be execution of 2023 Paid Search & Social roadmaps for client.- Work with the wider Biddable team to develop and grow new starters, and line manage the development of one or more Account Executives.
- Delegation and project/task management with outsourced paid media support team.
- Key role on leading PPC & Paid social slide creation and narrative for QBRs.
- Key involvement in leading on all finance tools & systems & processes eg Prisma
- Enforcement of SLAs & process management of paid media campaign activations from initial broef to post campaign analysis.
- Innovative strategic thinking on all client activity; to be one step ahead- including introduction of new partners & tactics.
- Day to day contact with clients and social networks (LinkedIn, Facebook, Pinterest, YouTube) – ensuring betas/innovations/value adds can always be utilised.
- Produce reports/Analyses illustrating campaign performance
- Other duties assigned as and when necessary by the account lead and Head of Biddable including participation in new business development and pitches
