Job Title: Paid Media Manager
Job Overview:
We are seeking a skilled Paid Media Manager to oversee a team of 2 to 4 staff members and manage the development, implementation, and execution of online marketing campaigns. In this role, you will be responsible for various digital marketing activities, including search marketing, social media marketing, display and video marketing, as well as analytics reporting. Your primary focus will be to guide and support your team members, ensuring their professional growth and delivering exceptional client work. Collaborating closely with the digital marketing team, you will contribute to the planning and execution of campaigns across diverse digital channels.
The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge in digital marketing and a desire to help a team learn and develop new skills. Additionally, the candidate should be comfortable working in a fast-paced environment, be able to multitask, and be confident and clear with speaking with clients.

Responsibilities
· Manage a team of 2 to 4 staff members in developing, implementing, and managing online marketing campaigns.
· Improving department ways of working, client templates, deliverables and best practice
· Possesses the requisite Project Management skills required to ensure seamless standards of service and delivery
· Dependable and accountable for yours and your teams work.
Account Management
· Create & lead multi-channel Paid Media strategies for your client portfolio
· Execute and oversee your strategies ensuring a high level of performances
· Keep clients updated with the performances of results in weekly calls and reports
· Presenting results and discussing multiple channel Paid Media strategies helping the clients to grow and expand in too new areas and making them more profitably
· Forecast and set targets for your portfolio, and assist in the forecasting of your junior’s portfolio
· Seek out and experiment with new media tactics and strategies and report back to the team
· Working with clients to assist in building trust and relationships
Team Management
· Directly mange a paid media team of 2 – 4 people
· Develop your team and help them to learn new platforms and support them with, client’s meetings, accounts strategy and overall account performances
· Personal development of your team of strategists including 121s and the creation of Personal Development plans
· Interviewing new team members to join your team
· Train and develop new team members across the internal paid media team (internal training classes)
· Share industry news and trends amongst the wider Paid Media team
New Business
· Lead the up-selling of existing clients across your team with additional services and solutions
· Lead on New Business opportunity’s from start to finish, RFP, Pitch Deck and presenting
Skills and experience
· 3 years’ experience in digital marketing account management
· An in-depth knowledge and experience in running campaigns across: Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta.
· Experienced mentoring and supporting junior members and looking to move up into a managerial position
· A history of supporting and helping growing company revenue with upsells or new business when the time has been right for the client.
· Use MS Office to a professional standard
· Demonstrated track record of growing and engaging audience through paid channels
· Ability to adapt quickly to ever-changing technologies and environment
