Job Title – Paid Media Manager
Location – Stamford Bridge
Hours – Permanent, 35 hours per week, 5 from 7

What We’re Looking For:
We are looking for a Paid Media Manager to be responsible for planning and delivering best in class media campaigns to drive valuable audience growth across Social, Web, App and 1st Party database and DTC product sales. This person will play a key role in all aspects of the media process from planning and strategy to execution, optimisation, tracking and analysis. Duties include:
- Work with Paid Media Lead to define end-to-end marketing funnel strategy incorporating all campaign budgets to ensure maximum effectiveness.
- Develop season long marketing plans to deliver against growth KPIs across all channels inc. Web & App, Social Platform and Marketable Database channels.
- Support paid media team in developing and delivering campaigns against product sales objectives.
- Ownership of campaign builds across all Paid Media ad platforms.
- Ongoing analysis and optimisation of campaigns to improve performance in line with KPIs.
- Working with stakeholders across the business to plan and create engaging and tailored content across audience growth campaigns.
- Ownerships of Out Of Home media bookings to support club-wide products
- Tracking campaign finance from PO to reconciliation.
- Ownership of on-going campaign reporting and tracking set up across all ad network.
- Maintain & develop key internal relationships (e.g. CRM Team, Digital Platforms, Communications team, Creative Team, Insights Team, Chelsea TV).
- Support wider Paid Media Team in the delivery of campaigns when required.
- Given the nature of football, paid media support may be required outside of traditional working hours to capitalise on key moments around matchdays and transfer windows.
Must Haves/qualified by demonstrable experience to the level required:
- Strong digital marketing experience
- Strong understanding of Digital Media Ad Platforms inc. Google Ads, Meta Business Manager & TikTok Business Manager
- Strong understanding of digital and social marketing best practices
- Experience of planning, managing, and delivering integrated digital marketing campaigns utilising a full range of marketing tools and channels.
- Ability to articulate and influence key strategic decisions, build relationships and manage multiple stakeholders.
- Outstanding organisational and project management skills.
- Creative flair and confidence with a positive attitude. .
- Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritise work in a demanding and fast paced environment.
- Proactive team player able to work individually and as part of a team.
