This role will be based in the community supporting children / young adults who have complex health needs requiring a high level of care and support at home.

Are you a caring individual who is passionate about delivering person centred care? Do you believe you can make a positive impact to our clients lives? If so, we would love to hear from you. We are looking for individuals to join our team either on a Full Time or Bank Staff basis.

We are looking for Nursing Assistants who have a proven track record of complex care experience and have supported clients with skills such as:

  • Tracheostomy care
  • Percutaneous Endoscopic Gastrostomy (PEG) including feeding.
  • Ventilation management
  • Oral suctioning
  • Bowel management
  • Nebuliser (NEB)
  • Medications

Required Skills/Qualifications:

  • 2 year or more experience as a support worker with complex care experience.
  • NVQ Level 3 related subjects.
  • NVQ Level 4 related subjects.
  • Nursery nurse qualifications or similar.
  • Diploma in relevant health/ social subject.
  • Commitment to delivering client specific care.
  • Adaptable and Professional approach to support client and family members.
