Job Description
To be part of the Packing team, delivering against production plans and targets. Driving a problem solving and autonomous mindset. Set in a fast-paced environment with good team ethics to deliver against Safety, Quality and Performance KPI’s.
Key responsibilities of the role:
- Operate all aspects of the Packing lines to meet production targets and volumes whilst ensuring all aspects of our quality and safety controls are met.
- Multi Skilled and able to rotate between all areas on the lines including forklift operation.
- Monitoring quality standards and data capture on IQS.
- Holiday cover as required
- To work as a member of a team to ensure production targets are met and that all lines conform to safety quality standards.
- To fault find and rectify equipment where possible and to make key decisions about production without close supervision.
- To monitor certain parts of the operation, to plan in advance for changes and to co-ordinate with other members of the team.
- Keep the lines and area clean and tidy.
- Raise Safety and Quality defects in the area
Qualifications
Experience & Education:
- FLT license or willingness to train
- Willingness to learn
- Good Communication skills
- Able to work as part of a team
- Able to work in a high performing fast paced environment

This position is based at our Manufacturing site in Banbury. The Operator is part of the packing team who form a key part of the wider Manufacturing function. The Manufacturing function ensures the integration of all key business processes from supplier to customers, green coffee beans to award winning coffee. The team covers sourcing, procurement, manufacturing, engineering, supply chain and planning processes, they ensure optimal alignment between demand and supply at a global scale.
