Rebo – Outdoor Toys has been a small family run business for the last 15 years but has become one of the UK’s fastest growing online retailers supplying a wide selection of outdoor toys to our growing customer base. We design and manufacture many of our own wood-based products alongside a vast portfolio of children’s outdoor toys and accessories for the home market. We have an exciting opportunity to join our expanding team. We are looking for an experienced packing operative to work within our production warehouse.
Primary Accountabilities and Responsibilities
Job Role:
Operate the packing line, following H&S regulations
Complete the required quality checks with a high degree of accuracy
Compare daily results against KPI objectives
Record productivity data to establish trends
Communicate clearly handing over progress status
Use knowledge and experience to resolve problems
Follow all company processes and policies
Knowledge Skill and Experience:
Previous packing experience
Strong communication skills, ability to update line manager
Resilient, works effectively in a fast paced environment
Takes accountability for own input measures
Demonstrates a positive attitude
Flexible approach to work patterns
Works independently or as part of a team
