Your main responsibilities
We currently have a vacancy available for Packing Operative at our Flint site.
What you'll be doing
- The role is fast paced in an environment where the safety of all our colleagues is paramount.
- Working on the line
- Working alongside supervisors, team leaders & other packing operatives
- Working as a part of the team
- Packing, sleeving & palleting
· Adhere to line targets at all times.
· Manual labour
· Completing tasks as requested by supervisors and line leaders.
· Keeping the work environment safe and clean to the standards required in accordance with H&S and hygiene requirements.
· Manual Handling
What key skills would be desirable
- Experience gained in manufacturing.
- Being punctual and reliable!
- To be able to work as part of a team and on your own initiative.
- The ability to problem solves and employ critical thinking.
- Have great communication skills.
- Have an eye for detail.

Starting hourly rate of £11
Working Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5pm

Salary: £11.00-£11.50 per hour
