MDP Recruitment is currently looking for several fruit packing operatives for our client based in Stanford le Hope (near Basildon)

Job Details

• Immediate start.
• No experience is needed. Training can be provided
• DAY SHIFTS and NIGHT SHIFTS available
• 4 Days on 4Days off rotating pattern shift
• Basic English skills
• Temp to perm.

As a Fruit Packer, you will be working within a fresh fruit environment and your duties will be as followed:

• Packing of fresh fruit as per required specification.
• Basic Quality checks and Quality assurance of fresh fruit.
• General production duties.
• Some lifting of fruit boxes.
• Maintain high levels of housekeeping and ensure food hygiene is adhered to.
• To work effectively and safely in line with H&S requirements.
• This is a fast-moving environment, all team members must work whilst maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness, safety, and compliance with the hygiene regulations at all times.
• General Duties outlined by your shift supervisor.

About You

As a Fruit Packer you will have the following skills and experience:

• Start immediately and are looking for long-term work.
• Previous experience is not needed.
• Able to work up to 12 hours per shift.
