Global Health and Safety Ltd are UK‘s local manufacturers of healthcare products, established to manufacture and supply PPE equipment including medical face masks, elastic bandages, and BS 7505 compliant compression therapy solutions.

As part of our growth, we have secured new premises in Milton Keynes, which brings with it this fantastic opportunity to join our team.

We are looking for a Packing Operative to work full-time at our warehouse in Kiln Farm.

This role would suit someone with similar packing/production experience, who is comfortable with quick, efficient work. The job involves the packing of healthcare products. You will be working on a fast-paced production line, where you will be on your feet for full shifts and doing a variation of production duties where you will rotate.

Please note, the role may require standing for long periods of time.

The key responsibilities will be:

· Working efficiently, ensuring excellent productivity levels on the factory floor

· Working on a conveyer belt, packing products into boxes

· Checking the quality of products prior to dispatch

· Working towards packing targets per hour

· Ensuring production is completed to the highest standards

· Performing other duties on the factory floor as and when required

To be successful for this role, you will need:

· Warehouse and production line work experience

· Excellent attention to detail and good coordination

· Ability to work in a fast-paced and methodical way

· To be physically fit to meet the demands of the role

· To be committed to hitting targets

· To be able to work efficiently as part of a team

· Ability to do repetitive work

· Good understanding of English language

Shift Timings: 8am – 5pm, 6am – 3pm, 3pm – 12am

Please note, shifts are subject to rotation

Breaks: 30 minutes unpaid lunch break, and 2 x 15 minutes unpaid breaks

Pay rate: £11 per hour

All equipment is in a cleanroom environment and full PPE clothing will be provided.
