We work closely with medical professionals to ensure that only the top medical equipment is used by our consumers.What are we looking for?We need motivated self-starters who will be proactive in taking ownership of their area. This means working to high standards, with an excellent eye for detail. Communication skills are key in order to maintain the excellent customer service we pride ourselves on.Advertising/ social media experience is required. Knowledge of Spanish, Italian, German or French would be beneficial, although not necessary, as we work internationally.Responsibilities You will be responsible for promoting our social media activity. You will work closely with our customers to ensure they receive the highest level of customer service; by resolving enquires from clients by telephone and email. If there are any issues with undelivered or lost parcels you will be in communication with our couriers to resolve the problem and ensure the customer is happy with our service.
