Job description
We are looking for someone to assist in our family run café and bakery.
The role includes helping to pack orders and prepare deliveries in the bakery. You would be working in a food preparation area so high standard of food hygiene is required.
Once your duties in the bakery are complete you would then finish your shift working as a kitchen porter/assistant in the café downstairs. This would include pot wash or basic prep.
This job has a variety of tasks so required someone who can be flexible in the role that they perform. This role is not customer facing, but you will still need to communicate well with your colleges.
For the right candidate there would be opportunities to learn some bakery skills, and possibly progress to a full time baker.
Your day would start at 7am and finish after the busy lunch period.
