Order Picker & PackerAs a result of rapid growth within the company we require an Order Picker to work within our Sales Dispatch team. Reporting to the General Manager, you will be responsible for picking and packing sales orders from picking lists and dispatching them via various shipping methodsResponsibilitiesPicking and Packing of sales orders in our packing room and warehouseEnsuring goods are packaged accurately and securely.Maintaining a clean and safe packing room environment.Dispatching orders using various shipping methodsKey SkillsAbility to pick orders quickly with a very high degree of accuracyBasic written English & MathsKnowledge of Sage 50 would be beneficial but not essentialBasic computer skills would be very beneficial.Knowledge of the royal mail booking out process would be beneficial but not essentialHours of WorkThe position is offered with a 40 hour per week zero hour contractA full time contract will be offered after 6 months of service.The role will require flexibility to meet the needs of the businessThe hours are Monday to Friday 8am until 4.30pm.
