LN - Packing Operative (4 On/4 Off)

We are currently recruiting for Despatch Team Members to join the busy team at the North Scarle Lincoln factory.The purpose of the role is to help the supervisors in the smooth running of the Despatch to meet department targets and orders while maintaining excellent standards in food safety and quality.

Job Details:

You will be picking, packing and handling of pet food goods.
Loading and unloading of vehicles
Picking orders on Cmex system
Ensuring products are stored correctly while maintaining traceability at all times
Maintaining food safety standards at all times
4 On 4 Off Days/Nights
12 hour shifts
0600-1800
1800-0600
Long term ongoing work with permanent contract.
A motivated individual who is driven to deliver working within a team or on your own
An excellent attitude towards teamwork and always willing to assist colleagues
A good standard of spoken and written English
Good attention to detail

£11.22 p/h basic
Raising to £12.75 when signed off as an experienced worker within their factory operations.
