This role involves critical tasks related to the packaging of wipes, contributing to our mission of providing high-quality products to our customers. We are looking for a detail-oriented, organized, and team-focused individual to be a part of our dynamic production team.Key Responsibilities:Manual Packaging: Carefully pack wipes into cases and stack cases onto pallets, ensuring they are securely stored and ready for shipment.Quality Control: Pay close attention to the quality of our products by checking lenses and seals on packs of wipes to ensure they meet our high-quality standards.Workplace Organization: Maintain a clean and organized workspace, promoting efficiency and adherence to hygiene and safety standards.Team Collaboration: Work as part of a two-person team, cooperating closely with your teammate to meet production goals efficiently.Requirements:Prior experience in packaging or manufacturing is a plus but not required.Strong attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards.Ability to work effectively in a team and contribute to a cooperative work environment.Basic organizational skills to maintain an orderly workspace.Willingness to learn and adapt to new processes and guidelines.Job Types: Permanent, Full-timeSalary: £11.00-£12.00 per hourBenefits:Company pensionFree parkingOn-site parkingSchedule:Every weekendMonday to FridayAbility to commute/relocate: Lutterworth: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)Experience:Warehouse experience: 1 year (preferred)Licence/Certification:Driving Licence (preferred)Work Location: In person
