Role Overview
The key purpose and the responsibility of the Packaging Operative is to ensure the smooth operation and flawless execution of packaging of our products, and to ensure everything is shipped out correctly. The products you will get to work with include our own CBD brand Green Stem, but also various other brands that we manufacture for as a white label manufacturer.
Main Responsibilities
· To assemble all outer boxes of the products based on the design to ensure they are all constructed correctly. This may include inserting a product sleeve inside of the box to ensure it is secure and there is no movement to avoid breakages when transported.
· Placing the products into their boxes and checking all labels are correct based on each SKU as well as batch code referring to the correct SKU.
· Packing the products into their relevant outer boxes ready for palletisation. When packing these to check all inserts are used correctly as well as protective packaging which may include packing peanuts, foam, bubble wrap etc.
· Label each outer box containing the products with the correct label plus product specifications for the pallet and confirm these are sealed correctly to avoid any damages during transportation.
· Filling out packing forms with correct dimensions & weights of each box to pass to warehouse.
· You may also be asked to help with production, and this is a great opportunity to learn new skills and gain more responsibilities in the company! We will provide you with the necessary training.

· In-depth knowledge of packing and level of knowledge of labelling / identifying product SKUS + batches.
· Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-stress environment for long hours
