Job description
PACKAGER AND QUALITY CHECKER
WHO WE ARE
Charco Neurotech is a MedTech start-up based in Cambridge, United Kingdom. We are a rapidly growing, international team brought together by our passion for improving quality of life for people with long-term conditions. Together, we have developed the CUE1 for Parkinson’s, a non-invasive wearable device for people with Parkinson’s. Join us in working to bring back smiles for people with Parkinson’s, and make the first step by applying today :)
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
We are rapidly scaling up production of the CUE1 and shipping orders to people around the world. We are looking for a Packager and Quality Checker to join our team to ensure our orders are shipped on time and in good condition. The role will involve assembling the packaging and checking each device against a quality control checklist. You may also organise courier collections from time to time.
The CUE1 is a delicate medical device, and we are still optimising the manufacturing process as we scale. Attention to detail and taking care with the presentation of the packaging are therefore both vital parts of this role.
This is an in-person role held in our company offices in Cambridge, UK. You will be working independently and will be able to choose your own hours. This a full-time role, however we would be willing to consider part-time candidates.
We value positivity, friendliness, and flexibility, so please do apply if you think this suits your personality.
WHY JOIN CHARCO?
This is an opportunity for anyone interested in medical technology to be involved in an exciting, social-impact project with a caring and dedicated team. We have a vibrant social life and a friendly, open culture.
The company is expanding at a very fast pace and you will have the opportunity to develop new skills and expand your role within the company if you wish. Your work will be essential in bringing back smiles for people with Parkinson’s from around the world.
