A rare opportunity has occurred and we are recruiting for a PA for the directors. We are looking for a versatile, fun and multi skilled person for this position. This is a very varied and fulfilling dual aspect role;

    Day to day PA to the Resort General Manager

    To coordinate various projects relating to the Theme Park and Resort business under direction and guidance from the Resort General Manager

    HR Administration duties

    Finance Administration duties

    Working alongside the Heads of Department to support with administration tasks when needed

This would suit someone who ideally has knowledge of the leisure industry.

No day is the same, from desk based tasks to fully operation involvement with the Theme Park & Resort business. You could be arranging meetings, booking flights and handling claims one day to then visiting trade shows, sourcing props or buying costumes for Halloween, Christmas and other events and projects. It is just so varied!

If you can be efficient, organised and creative, in this challenging but rewarding role and still keep smiling - then you are who we are looking for!

This role is 40 hours per week over 5 days. Mainly worked Monday- Friday, but you may be required to be flexible to work the occasional weekend to meet business needs.
