Home Instead Lincoln is looking to engage with individuals who you can bring their caring personalities to work and change lives.
We’re looking for people who can support our clients with the following -
- Companionship
- Light Housework
- Trips out of the house (such as GP appointments, visiting garden centers, accompanying to bingo, etc.
- Running Errands
- Help with pets
- Assistance with personal care.
Benefits:
- Part-time roles are available to work around your current commitments.
- (from £12.25 per hour Mon - Fri - £13.25 Sat & Sun + bank holidays paid at double time)
- Minimum 1-hour calls – so you have the time needed with clients.
- Mileage is paid at 35p per mile & Travel time is paid at NMW

Responsibilities:
Being a Companionship Professional is a highly rewarding career where no two days are the same! With minimum 1-hour care visits and client matching, you have the time to provide high-quality, person-focused care.
Duties can include:
- Companionship - ensuring a client enjoys regular and meaningful social interaction is an important part of your visit
- Help with everyday tasks such as; meal preparation and light housework
- Accompanying clients to appointments or shopping
- Assistance with personal care
No Qualifications are needed for this position as full training is provided
- This role is subject to DBS enhanced disclosure
- Due to the nature of the role a full driver's license and access to your own vehicle is prefered.
