Requirements:
· UK NMC registration compulsory
· . IELTS/OET passed required-- IELTS level 7 in speaking, listening, reading and 6.5 in writing/ OET B in speaking, listening, reading and C+ in writing.
· Police clearance
· TB test
. Minimum 1+ years of recent clinical experience
. CBT booked or passed.
Duties:
The vacancy is for a Registered General Nurse to be employed by the National Health Service UK.
To assess the individual needs of the residents and ensure that they receive the highest standards of personal care and attention. To have the ability and knowledge of nursing and management of the Home, ensuring the well being of the residents and their physical, emotional and social needs, etc.
1. To achieve the highest possible standard of care in a professional manner through direct nursing care.
2. To take management responsibility for a shift as directed.
3. Ensure that Clients' Care Plans are completed and maintained in conjunction with Clients, Relatives and other Health Care Professionals, and in accordance with NMC guidelines & Company policy.
4. Assess all aspects of Clients' care needs and provide health supervision and direct Nursing Care when required.
5. Assess social and health care needs of new Clients and maintain on-going assessment and review of all other Clients.
6. Maintain accurate records and ensure that each Client within the Nursing Home has an individualized Care Plan.
You will be required to complete the adaptation training and obtain a Pin number from the Nursing and Midwifery Council if you do not already have one.
Skills, Qualifications and Experience required:
· Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
· Genuine interest in working with the relevant client group
· Satisfactory Police Check and check against the POVLA List (Where applicable)
· Excellent knowledge of nursing care methods and procedures
· In-depth knowledge of health and safety guidelines as per home and regulator's policies and willingness to follow them at all times
· Implementing NMC code of conduct, scope of practice and home’s policies and procedures
