Why You?
As a Talent of the Broadwick Soho team, you will drive the idea of being a glorious hotel that embraces the spirit of Soho, alongside making our guests feel as comfortable as we do through our beliefs of being independent, embracing, generous and exquisite.
As an Overnight Rooms Service Assistant, you will oversee delivering guest orders directly to guests’ rooms and supplying silverware and condiments as needed during the night.
Clearing hotel corridors of food trays. Working closely with cleaning staff, informing them of clean-ups needed for spillages and stains.
You will serve our guests to the best of your ability, with professionalism and in a timely manner, working closely with the kitchen department to make the guests’ experience as memorable as possible.
The room service assistant will deliver a quick and efficient service to Broadwick Soho’s guests. You will work adjacently with other F&B and Kitchen talents to provide our guests with their orders, ensuring any dietary requirements have been followed and accommodated accordingly.
You will oversee and ensure a pleasant and enjoyable visit for our guests from the moment they enter Broadwick Soho Hotel to the end of their stay.
You will work with brilliant talent across the hotel so that we are one team delivering a seamless and memorable guest experience.
What do we need from you?
- Experience in F&B operation or fine dining in a 5* luxury hotel setting
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize effectively
- Great diligence
- Ability to work under pressure
- Excellent verbal and written communication
- Ability to work flexible hours including late evenings and weekends
