Job Title: Outreach Worker

Salary: 28,104 per annum (Including London Weighting)
Contract type: Permanent, Full Time
Hours: 37.50 hours per week

The post holder will provide high-quality personal welfare support service to survivors of domestic violence and other forms of violence and abuse including those at the point of crisis.
This role involves working within a multi-agency framework to develop referral, joint working and information sharing protocols.
You will be required to work in partnership with other agencies to advocate for survivors to ensure their needs are met.

You must have a good standard of general education or equivalent experience, a relevant qualification – ISVA/IDVA/Social work/Housing, experience of identifying and responding to the risks to and needs of survivors of domestic abuse and other forms of violence and abuse, experience of working with a large caseload, experience of providing emotional, practical and welfare support to survivors of domestic abuse.
