Job description

We are looking for a friendly individual to provide outreach support for a lady in the Kenton area.

We are looking for support in outreach which will include going shopping, social activities and support with preparing meals and to help build his independance.

The role is 9 hours per week, split over three days. Hours are flexible and are to be discussed with the successful candidate.

The successful candidate will be subject to an enhanced DBS, the cost of which will be met by the employer.
