Motor Auction Group is a growing family-owned business who celebrated their 76th anniversary this year. Having opened our second site, we are seeking the ideal candidate for a brand-new fulltime role as an Outbound Sales Executive. The ideal candidate will have the opportunity to be a part of our group Sales strategy.
With our continued growth throughout 2023 we are searching for an enthusiastic individual who will make a real impact within our Sales Team. We are looking for a highly enthusiastic and confident communicator who will be comfortable in a direct telesales role.
Your primary function will be contacting and qualifying prospective customers via phone and email with an aim to booking a call or meeting with the sales team. You will be a natural communicator and excel in building and maintaining excellent customer relationships on behalf of the company.
Role responsibilities
- Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about services.
- Ask questions to understand customer requirements and generate qualified sales leads.
- Consult the potential client on the services we offer.
- Answer questions about services or the company.
- Arrange follow up meetings for the sales team.
- Enter and update customer information in the CRM.
- Go the “extra mile” to meet sales targets and help facilitate future sales.
Required skills
- Proven experience as telesales representative or other sales/customer service role.
- Proven track record of successfully meeting sales targets preferably over the phone.
- Good knowledge of relevant software - CRM systems, Excel & Outlook
- Ability to learn about products and services and describe/explain them to prospects.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Confident proficiency in objection handling.
- Outstanding negotiation skills with the ability to find the correct service for a potential customer.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £28,000.00-£33,000.00 per year
