Key Responsibilities...
- To make outbound sales calls via our automated dialling system, working on pre specified campaigns.
- To work towards and achieve agreed individual and team performance objectives, contributing to the overall company objectives.
- To identify customer needs and provide and sell policies that fully meet our customers expectations.
- To handle customer objections confidently, providing outcomes that are within the interest of both the customer and the business.
- Through effective time management manage your personal workload to ensure optimal performance.
- To work within our regulatory framework delivering a Gold standard customer contact as defined by our Quality Assurance Programme.
Role Requirements...
- Must enjoy working with and being challenged by sales targets.
- Have the ability to work autonomously as well as within a team.
- Must be able to demonstrate self-motivation and a hunger to succeed.
- Previous experience in a sales role with proven levels of success is preferable.
- Experience meeting both sales and quality targets.
- Strong IT literacy skills.
- Strong listening skills.
- Professional telephone manner is essential.

A starting salary of £25,000, with an OTE of £30,000 with our monthly Commission Scheme.

Hours...
You are required to work 37.5 hours per week which will generally consist of 7.5 hours over 5 days. The Outbound Department is open as follows:-
8:30am to 8:00pm Monday to Friday
9:00am to 5:30pm Saturday
9:00am to 5:00pm Bank Holidays
