Key Purpose of Job :
At its core, sales operations is about supporting and enabling frontline sales teams to sell more efficiently and effectively by reducing friction in the sales process.
To ensure that the needs our customers are being satisfied, installations are managed and fulfilled as per order specifications. Your aim is to provide excellent customer service and to promote this idea throughout our organization.
Key Responsibilities :
- Call Handling- Customer Queries/enquiries.
- Manage/Monitoring orders through to fulfilment.
- Quality Checking Orders.
- Order Capture.
- Order processing
- Query Resolution.
- Filing
- Help the BTLB to achieve our sales target, record to establish where we are against targets.
- Assist with management and implementation of internal operational changes.
- Assist with training and development in areas of your knowledge within the operations or sales team
Required Skills and Abilities
- Capable of prioritizing own work load.
- Work along and take instructions from Senior members of staff.
- Proficient in MS Excel, Work, MS Outlook and Internet.
- Driven and determined
- Self motivated
- Able to communicate at all levels
- Be very professional at all times
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: £21,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
