Creative Artworker
£28k - £30k
Manchester / Salford - Fully office based

Graphic Designer / National and international retail clients / Collaborative and Creative culture / Onsite parking

The Creative Artworker will be joining a well established team who provide a range of creative solutions for the retail and leisure industries. Working with International / house hold brands, the Creative Artworker would be instrumental in creating a range of design collateral from signage, graphics and instore communication, through design and artworking capabilities. Ultimately, amazing environments to help their clients drive customer engagement and showcase their brand, product or space.

From Signage and instore POS to full environment fit outs, no 2 days are the same with a huge range of creative problem solving. Connecting the customer with the brand is key and this is the task the team tackle on a daily basis, how they do this, well that's the fun part. With a mixture of skill sets from Design, artworking, production and build, the team covers all basis of the process. Working with existing brand guidelines, following brand rules as well as creating ideas and assets from scratrch.

Reporting into the Creative Director, the Creative Artworker will:

- Drive conceptual and creative solutions inline with the clients brief
- Work with the rest of the team as well as independently to complete tasks
- Have a solid understanding of Adobe Creative suite package including Photoshop, Illustrator and InDesign
- Maintain company standards in delivering the best creative solutions for the clients
- Interpret clients briefs and offer unique and creative solutions to them
- Be confident in pitching ideas, contributing to meetings and liaise directly with clients when needed
- Have a solid understanding of printing processes and setting up artwork accordingly
- Be able to manage own time effectively
- Experience working with Sketch up would be an advantage but not essential

Salary: £28,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
