Job Title: Creative Campaign and Graphics Executive
** Full Time Office based **
Job Summary:
As a Creative Campaign and Graphics Executive, you will be responsible for working with the head of brand and marketing to develop concepts for new seasonal campaigns. You will be responsible for organising and executing the creative campaigns and designing visually appealing graphics to support various marketing initiatives.
Your role will involve collaborating with cross-functional teams, understanding campaign objectives, and creating compelling visuals that effectively communicate key messages to target audiences. This position requires a combination of creative thinking, graphic design skills, and project management abilities.
Responsibilities:
1. Creative Campaign Development:
- Collaborate with marketing and creative teams to conceptualize and develop innovative campaign ideas.
- Understand campaign objectives and target audience to create visually engaging and impactful campaigns.
- Brainstorm and propose creative concepts, themes, and messaging strategies for campaigns.
2. Campaigns execution
- Once the concept and brief is signed off with the head of brand, you will be responsible for organising all the components to execute the photoshoot including booking the photographers, models, make up artists as well as scouting the locations and managing the logistics and itinerary.
3. Graphic Design:
- Create high-quality graphics, illustrations, and layouts for various marketing materials such as social media posts, marketing brochures, banners, ads, and presentations.
- Use design software and tools to develop visually appealing and on-brand materials.
- Ensure consistent branding and messaging across all marketing collateral.
- Create eye-catching visuals that resonate with the target audience and drive brand awareness.
4. Project Management:
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and meeting project deadlines.
- Coordinate with marketing team to gather requirements and execute work to a high standard
- Maintain project files, organize digital assets, and archive completed projects.
5. Quality Assurance:
- Conduct quality checks on all graphics and campaign materials to ensure accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines.
- Proofread and review content for grammatical errors and visual inconsistencies.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in graphic design, visual communication, or a related field desired.
- Proven experience in graphic design and campaigns management
- Proficient in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and other relevant tools.
- Strong understanding of visual storytelling, typography, color theory, and layout principles.
- Knowledge of current design trends, best practices, and emerging technologies.
- Excellent attention to detail and the ability to deliver high-quality work within tight deadlines.
