Infopro Digital group are recruiting for four Marketing Graduate Trainees on a permanent basis to join our global, B2B, marketing team. Successful candidates will be working for the Risk Global group.

About the role

  • Specifically working on Risk.net, Central Banking, WatersTechnology and FX Markets.
  • Four vacancies in total spread across our London marketing team of 17 – who will work with a global team of 28 marketers.
  • Working on industry leading B2B financial events and subscription brands.
  • 9 month graduate scheme. Successful graduates will become Marketing Executives upon completion of the graduate scheme.
  • 30 hours of learning with an external digital marketing training company. Upon successful completion, employees will receive an industry recognized diploma.
  • Working with best-in-class marketing technology – including HubSpot and Salesforce.
  • Learn from a team of passionate, dynamic, and experienced marketers. Including Heads of Marketing who initially joined as graduates 4-6 years ago.
  • Campaign activity includes email, social media, paid search, online and offline collateral, partnerships and working with marketing agencies.

Key task and responsibilities:

As a key member of the marketing team, reporting to a Head of Marketing, you will:

  • Execute and track the success of acquisition and lead generation campaigns, via multiple digital channels.
  • Set up and monitor the effectiveness of automated campaigns (HubSpot) and lead workflows (Salesforce).
  • Monitor and improve funnel conversion for brands. Traffic to registration and registration to delegate.
  • Utilise all online and offline channels to improve conversion levels. Create multi-media, multi-effort campaign plans for segments of prospects.
  • Improve the Social Media activity – learn how to use social platforms to drive traffic into the sales funnels.
  • Update website collateral and track the effectiveness of any changes. Constantly striving to improve conversions on data capture pages.

Requirements

  • A strong and passion for marketing. Marketing related degrees are useful, but by no means a must.
  • Analytically minded. Tracking results and using data to inform strategy are key skills for successful B2B product marketers.
  • Problem solving. Candidates should be able to demonstrate initiate and the ability to work both as part of a team and independently.
