Responsible to: the Managing Director (s)
Hampton's Property Services are looking for a Self Employed/Subcontracted Person to carry out jobs across the West Midlands. We are recruiting for an experienced Handyman person on self employed basis who can be called upon as and when jobs are available.
Work varies and is between the hours of 9- 5pm, Mon-Fri & weekend work is available, you will be paid per job completed, should the job require parts/materials you will be asked to collect however we will pay for the costs of this.
Please note that your own van/Car and own tools are essential.
We are looking for a competent all-rounder with a range of skills. We require a self starter, who can think outside the box, self-sufficient and able to complete work quickly and to a high standard. We are looking for candidates that are confident, have a sense of humour and have experience in the following areas;
· Carpentry
· Plumbing
· Replacing Radiators
· Replacing Windows
· Plaster Boarding
· Skimming
· Gardening
Additional requirements;
- Reliable & looking for on going work
- Birmingham based however travel across the west midlands is required
- Paid on completion of each job
- Great communication skills & problem solving
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Freelance
Salary: £120.00-£160.00 per day
Schedule:
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
