Qualifications:
- Strong empathy and understanding of the challenges faced by minority and middle-class families.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to connect with individuals from diverse backgrounds.
- Passionate about financial education and driven to make a positive impact in the lives of others.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and committed to personal and professional growth.
- Previous experience in sales or finance is a plus, but not required.
