Dunston Motors is looking for a Sales Manager to join our team in Stafford.

Job Summary:

The Sales Manager is responsible for providing excellent customer service and assisting customers in the sales process. The ideal candidate will have a strong interest in the automotive industry, excellent communication skills, and be able to pass a drug test.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

• Greet customers as they enter the dealership
• Identify customer needs and provide solutions to their problems
• Answer customer questions about vehicle features
• Reach out to customer who may be interested but do not appear to have a need for a vehicle
• Maintain strong communication with other team members and management
• Participate in training opportunities
• Perform other duties as assigned which may include communication with service centre, trade accounts and dealing with garage appointments.
• Support the CEO in the overall business support carrying out management duties
• Plan, organise and coordinate daily business operations.

Required Skills:

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills with the ability to communicate effectively through both written and verbal instructions. Ideally graduated to degree level.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
• Strong attention to detail is an essential part of this position. You will be required to remain focused on your tasks throughout the day.
• Ability to work well under pressure and maintain a positive attitude in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays. Your appearance and professional attitude must be consistent with this environment.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Graduate

Salary: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
