Job description
Soper Select are currently looking to recruit an experienced used car salesperson with excellent interpersonal and communication skills to join them at their facility based in Lincoln.
You will currently be in a similar role and posses good up to date knowledge of the motor industry along with its surrounding legislation. You will be driven, self-conscious and have a keen eye for detail.
Primary Responsibilities
- Meet sales volume targets and maximise profit.
- Maximising profit by achieving the monthly KPI’s for unit sales, profit per unit, finance penetration and add-on products.
- Adhering to the Company’s FCA and data protection obligations by accurately collecting all customer contact and vehicle data, to maximise the quality and content of the customer database.
- Exceeding customer expectations.
Person Specifications
Essential
- A proven track record of managing high-volume sales within a used car environment.
- Demonstrate proactivity in chasing sales to drive business.
- A full driving licence.
