OT Cybersecurity Risk Analyst

Partner with the best
You will lead efforts to establish security standards and conduct site-level cybersecurity assessments for our manufacturing environments at Baker Hughes.
As an OT Cybersecurity Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for:
Developing and publishing relevant OT cybersecurity standards- Identifying, supporting, and communicating with relevant stakeholders to ensure all business groups are aligned on efforts
- Leading a small team responsible for conducting cybersecurity site assessment at 100+ locations globally
- Developing close working relationships with IT and Manufacturing leaders to ensure a successful cybersecurity assessment
- Briefing executive leaders on the status of the cybersecurity risk and addressing any concerns
- Providing quality control and oversight for reports, presentations, and brief-outs
- Overseeing and managing large, cross-functional CFC projects and initiatives
- Developing and presenting clear business recommendations to continue overall improvement

To be successful in this role you will:
- Have a Bachelor’s degree in Information Security, Computer Science, related field or relevant work experience
- Have a minimum of 8 years of experience in cybersecurity risk assessment
- Have a minimum of 5 years of in cybersecurity leadership or program management positions
- Have leadership abilities and adaptability when facing unique challenges encountered to effectively work with individuals in diverse cultures and business environments
- Have the ability to work without regular tasking or direction in completing key tasks and initiatives
- Have executive-level written and oral communication skills
