The Role

As a Purchase Administrator you will be core part of our HQ operations team. Potential applicants can expect a diverse role at the centre of our logistics chain. Research and knowledge into Oseyo and our design and product range is essential to this role.

Day to day duties include:

  • Processing orders and invoices from Oseyo branches using our bespoke POS system. Analysing these orders to ensure varied and interesting products catered to the flavour of the branch.
  • Dealing with customer complaints and enquiries. Also handling proposals from various companies and third parties.
  • Organising robust and accurate deliveries to branches by overseeing loading of products in the morning and any aspects of delivery during the day.
  • Evaluating prices and implementing weekly reduced sales across stores.
  • Implementation of new product ideas and collaboration with our partners in order to implement these.
  • Robust communication with suppliers to ensure relevant and up to date product availability.
  • Preparation of fixtures and other essential items to be sent to branches.
  • Communicating with various different departments to ensure smooth operations throughout the company. Short travel is required between units in the complex to distribute picking lists and delivery notes.
  • 8 hours per day (plus 1 hour break).
