Organisational Development Adviser
About the Role
Organisational Development will help to drive organisational performance, through the involvement of its people. As a department, we are responsible for a systematic approach that focuses on four key areas: Leadership Development, Talent, Culture & Engagement and Organisational Design & Change.
This role exists to support the Empowering People pillar of the NTU Strategy by building effective relationships with business partnering colleagues in HR and clients across our academic and professional service teams.
A key part of this role will involve seeking to consult, recommend, curate and create interventions that address a range of cultural and development needs.
