A bit about the role...
Reporting to our Global Head of L&D, you will be responsible for our learning and performance support approaches to support the development of the key capabilities needed to support our transformation across our Global Functions and Support Centre teams, and all of our markets. The key will be inspiring a digital and blended learning approach. Acting as a trusted partner you will work with different stakeholders to build and execute the learning programmes that supports them, enabling us to become the worlds most loved coffee brand.
- Work in collaboration with other experts (internal and external) to identify, design, deliver and continuously embed and improve a core learning curriculum for functional, people & business skills e.g. global and matrix working, coffee, agility, data
- Support the facilitation (face to face and virtual) of targeted development with prioritised audiences to help to build a global mindset and collaborative behaviours to embed the future Op Model into everyday ways of working
- Scope, define and implement capability academies to develop the right skills, knowledge, and behaviour to enable us to deliver both our Annual Business Plan (ABP) and Long-range plan (LRP)
- Drive and maintain a continuous learning approach, reviewing impact and value of all solutions, using insight to improve learning for the future
- Maximise the use of the appropriate digital learning methods, informed by best practice, fostering a blended approach to learning

- Have experience of acting as a thought leader and consultant in learning and development.
- You’ll possess and be able to evidence your deep working knowledge of L&D and performance support for multiple levels/role types in a global organisation (including consulting, design, curation, procurement, content management, delivery, evaluation)
- A knowledge of working across global communities and cultural differences. Experience of working within a matrix style business would also be helpful
- Experience of partnering with a business/function and its senior leaders and translating their business strategy into a capability strategy
- Experience of designing capability programmes that create a change in leadership behaviour and organisational culture
- Demonstrable commercial impacts through application of their L&D work
- Pragmatic project management and demand planning skills to ensure greatest value add work is prioritised for business and team member impact. Experience of applying of agile methods and ways of working
