Job Summary:
Overall Purpose of the Role
The EMEA Organisation & Talent Solutions (O&TS) team aims to provide career development solutions and opportunities that enable our clients, TWDC EMEA employees to grow and develop in line with the skills and capabilities needed to drive the business forward.
This is a varied role supporting the successful delivery of the career development solutions for our people across EMEA. You will have the opportunity to learn, develop and broaden your skills in areas such as talent and performance management, learning and development, career journeys, coaching and mentoring.
The role will be responsible for providing operational support and end-to-end project coordination; all delivered with an agile approach and customer-oriented service to various internal and external stakeholders.

Areas of Responsibility
Key areas of responsibility include operational support across talent management initiatives, processes, and career experiences, including and not limited to:
Ownership of end-to-end project co-ordination, administration and operational tasks of talent management solutions such as: mentoring, internal talent mobility, leadership assessments and coaching engagements. Key responsibilities include:
Manage and coordinate end-to-end logistics, communications, system reporting, logistical set up, feedback, collation of data and reporting
Manage all enrolment and logistical requirements when required for talent or performance development initiatives for example career sessions and mentoring training
Creation of supporting documents, workbooks, FAQs for talent management initiatives
Manage communications with vendors, internal / external stakeholders and participants as well as management of data reporting
Responsible for the creation and maintenance of O&TS marketing, communications and collateral:
Create and update content e.g. workbooks, FAQs, communications plans, intranet articles and platforms
Produce engaging marketing and communications assets and collateral to drive engagement of initiatives
Liaising with key stakeholders such as the Corporate Communications and Diversity, Equity & Inclusion and EMEA HR teams to ensure consistency of branding, timings, legal approval and messaging for talent management communications
Responsible for being the EMEA Super User for Workday Talent and Performance Management:
Provide expert knowledge and become a subject matter expert of the talent and performance management modules
Responsible for trouble shooting and resolving queries (both philosophy and technical system queries)
Support the ongoing education of Workday Talent and Performance Management modules across EMEA
Support D Learn (Disney Learning Management System) when required e.g. build knowledge on the tool, schedule career/talent development sessions and collate talent data analysis and insights from the tool
Be the first point of contact to resolve and respond to Talent Management queries received in the EMEA O&TS shared inbox within the agreed timeframes. Engaging with relevant colleagues and/or escalating as needed to ensure efficient resolution.
Data and reporting:
Collation and tracking of data from system reports: including for talent programmes / experiences, talent and succession planning and performance management; survey responses and focus group discussions.
Create data insight reports, to track initiatives, inform next steps and provide a story for wider stakeholders
Work with O&TS Manager to provide administrative/coordinative support to EMEA HR Business Partners across ad-hoc O&TS projects or initiatives (across Learning & Development and Organisational Development)
Provide ad-hoc administrative/coordinative support on other required O&TS projects and initiatives dependent on business requirements.
Areas of Accountability
Accountable to the O&TS Manager within the Talent Management pillar
Responsible for the coordination, administration and operational aspects of Talent initiatives, programmes and projects, supporting wider O&TS initiatives as agreed
Superuser for Talent and Performance Management Modules and data in the Workday System
Experience and Professional Qualifications Required
Graduate level or equivalent work experience
Project coordination experience
Team administration experience
Strong relationship building, stakeholder engagement and expectation management
Experience within or exposure to talent management desirable
Skills Required
Ability to prioritise and manage multiple, conflicting tasks in a busy environment
Thrives working in an ambiguous environment and comfortable with change and adapting to business priorities as needed
Demonstrates a proactive approach and takes ownership; self-starter, capable of taking ambiguous concepts through to practical rollout

Strong attention to detail
Comfortable working with data; experience with data analytics is not a must, but a desire to learn is required

Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven Microsoft Office skills including Word (Advanced), PowerPoint (Intermediate), Excel (Intermediate), Outlook
Use of virtual tools and technology platforms e.g. Zoom and Microsoft Teams
Additional Information
This is a hybrid role, with 4 days per week being based in the Hammersmith office for in person collaboration and one day working from home.
