We are currently recruiting for an experienced and confident Order to Cash Associate (Accounts Receivable) to join our Finance Hub in Basingstoke on a fixed-term basis for 6 months.
About the Role...
As an Order to Cash Associate, you'll be responsible for maintaining customer credit records and ensuring payments are made on time. You'll chase outstanding invoices, allocate payments, and reconcile accounts to minimise bad debt. You'll communicate with internal and external contacts regarding credit, collections, and billing, and perform related research. You'll be responsible for meeting month-end deadlines, reviewing sales reports, and generating invoices. You'll also perform analysis and assist with month-end closure, perform reference checks on new customers, and provide weekly updates on the debtor's list. Additionally, you'll need excellent communication skills and must understand audit and compliance requirements while striving to improve KPIs.
About You...

This role requires considerable experience within an accounts receivable/billing or credit and collections role;

Effective verbal and written communication skills are required

Ability to deal with difficult customers

You will be a hard-working and proactive individual who is confident with all aspects of credit control/sales ledger

You will be a team-player and comfortable confidently communicating with international and UK suppliers

Requires strong analytical and decision making skills
