Job description

From our extensive warehouses in London and Leeds, Venus supplies more than 5,000 different brands to our impressive client base of exclusive Restaurants, Bars, Clubs and Hotels. We also supply private wine cellars, and organisers of concerts and special events.
Order Picker Job Purpose:
Starting date for this job is ASAP.
Order Picker Job Duties:
- Pick and process orders from a given pick list
- Ensure orders are accurate
- Stack items correctly for delivery
- Operate handling equipment and ensure safety regulations are followed
- Carry out stock replenishments
- Ensure warehouse goals are met
- Maintain a high level of health and safety standards
- Shrink wrap products to pallets
- Perform other general warehouse duties as needed
Order Picker Skills and Qualifications:
- Previous Experience Working in a Warehouse Preferred
- Keen Attention to Detail
- Ability to Lift Heavy Objects
- Experience handling of electric pump trucks
- Positive Attitude
- Self-Motivated; Active
- Safety Conscious
- Ability to Work in a Fast Paced environment
- Good Communication Skills
- Ability to Work Well in a Team and on your own
- Good spoken and written English
