The Order Management Specialist is responsible for providing Entrust internal and external customers with outstanding customer service. The position requires the use of independent judgment to manage all assigned customer orders; interpret and apply Entrust Datacard business practices and systems; troubleshoot and resolve any customer issues. The Order Management Specialist performs duties as detailed below and any other responsibilities as assigned.
Responsibilities
- Management of all orders from placement to closure including:
- Proactively developing relationships with all Entrust customers
- Accurate order placement including pricing, availability, documentary requirements, delivery, exporting and invoice queries
- Responsibility for resolving any customer issues including price queries, freight costs, invoice queries, delivery problems
- Building relationships within internal teams to ensure all customer expectations are managed
- Validate and process global Entrust Datacard RMAs as per company guidelines
- Validate warranty and service-contract coverage of products including SMAs
- Dispatch service calls to Entrust technicians
- Gather and relay customer information to appropriate individuals within Entrust including distribution of sales-leads
- Awareness of cultural & country specific requirements
- Entrust products and services, applications and capabilities
- Specific Entrust products & services sold to assigned markets
- Assigned customer’s organization, procedure/process/systems
- Understand customs and shipping issues by country
- Meet or exceed departmental standards
- Demonstrate ability to work beyond departmental boundaries
- Interpret and apply policies, processes, and procedures to manage Sales Orders.
- Utilize Entrust web-site, user manuals, configurators, and other resources to meet customer needs.
- Commitment to Entrust stated Ethics policy
- Adherence to all Entrust security polices and measures
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience in a business to business environment preferred
- Must be able to lawfully work within the UK
Skills / Abilities
- Demonstrated success in effectively communicating at all levels of an organization
- Experience in a service, software, finance or manufacturing environment
- Computer skills including knowledge of Windows Office, SAP or Oracle, Sales Force is preferred
- Professional telephone manner required
- Time management skills
- Commitment to ongoing professional development
- All positions require fluency in English and French. Additional language( Arabic, Spanish, Turkish, Swahili) will be advantageous
