This is a 12-month Fixed Term Contract and full-time hours that does require working up to 12 days that will be on a weekend per year and also include working Bank holidays as per business needs.

Position Summary
This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic individual to act as an ambassador for Customer Solutions and our vision to be the Service Centre of Choice. Provide World Class Service support for a range of both internal and external customers on a NIM basis.
You will manage the product portfolio (including critical and promotional lines) on a daily basis against available stocks. You’ll be responsible for effectively managing all stock allocation, including proactively reviewing demand & supply simulations. You’ll collaborate across market functions to align on actions to mitigate risk and impact, while enhancing the business' ability to provide proactive communication to customers when out of stock.

In terms of the wider Nestle business, the Order Fulfilment role is a vital resource for the Customer Solutions, in regard to ensuring critical stock management. Working as part of a team based in York this is an exciting and varied role where you will also.
- Liaise directly across a number of the Nestle businesses in terms of managing product lines within critical supply.
- Work with 3rd party Supply and External Co-packers to help manage stock for Co-packed products.
- Build relationships with the divisions and distribution centres, ensuring the highest levels of Customer Service and the tactical allocation of stock.
- Support the need to move to a flexible and fit for purpose 24/7 operation on which our customer and consumers can rely on.
- Report on short supply and manages stock deployment between Nestle sites.
- Identify the potential actions required to mitigate out of stock risks. Escalate and engage other functions, when required, to collaborate in determination of actions.
- Participate in NCE operational review meetings and contribute to continuous improvement of Order Fulfilment process.
- Monitors target achievements and KPIs/PPIs/Health Checks attainment for the function and team.
What will make you successful?
You will have good customer service as well as good communication skills and a can-do attitude.
Logical troubleshooting skills and the ability to diagnose and resolve common problems using FAQ pages / knowledge-base and previous experience.

In addition to this you will have.
- Experience of working in a customer facing role
- Knowledge and experience of using Excel
- Previous experience of stock management is desirable
- Operational experience in logistic functions (optional)
- Experience working in strong team environments and able to use problem solving skills.
- Excellent written & oral communication skills.
