As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.

IBM are looking for an experienced Oracle HCM Technical Cloud consultant to join our expanding team. As a HCM Technical Cloud consultant you will play a central role in ensuring requirements of the business are met using the technical tools contained within Oracle HCM including Oracle Integration Cloud.
Through expert knowledge :

• you will help to define and build interfaces including BI Publisher that meet the needs of our business,
• you may create data migration objects to support the migration of data from legacy systems to Oracle Cloud,
• and you may be involved in setting up and delivering Oracle Integration Cloud.
• You will work with wider HR team to define technical requirements and to create functional specifications that accurately document these requirements, as well as the supporting technical documentation.
• You will support the unit testing and user acceptance testing for Oracle HCM interfaces and/or data migration, raising/fixing any potential bugs found and provide advice and guidance in this area.

At IBM, we have a fantastic Oracle HCM Practice, where we have delivered multiple First of a Kind implementations. You will support the integration and/or data migration implementation for Cloud using your in-depth consulting skills, business knowledge, and solution expertise to ensure a successful project delivery. This will include design, build and test from unit testing through to UAT and through cutover into production.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise
We are looking for a professional with :

• Oracle HCM Cloud technical experience on at least 2 end to end implementations as an interface or data migration consultant
• Knowledge of HCM data model, BI Publisher, Oracle Integration Cloud
