Introduction
As a Package Consultant at IBM, get ready to tackle numerous mission-critical company directives. Our team takes on the challenge of designing, developing and re-engineering highly complex application components and integrating software packages using various tools. You will use a mix of consultative skills, business knowledge, and technical expertise to effectively integrate packaged technology into our clients' business environment and achieve business results.

Your Role and Responsibilities
Oracle UK Payroll Cloud expert with experience in solution delivery of at least 1 Payroll Cloud programme including the following phases: requirements, fit/gap analysis, solution design, SIT, UAT, training and deployment. Must have hands-on configuration experience in delivering Cloud Payroll and ideally hold the Oracle Payroll Cloud certification. Detailed knowledge of configuring Oracle Cloud UK Payroll elements; including earnings, deductions, pension schemes and absence plans. A thorough knowledge of UK payroll legislative requirements is required, as well as Expert Cloud fast formula configuration experience. Experience of configuring Time and Labour, Benefits, HCM and Absence advantageous. A thorough understanding of how employee lifecycle processes impact on payroll. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Required Technical and Professional Expertise

• Experience of delivering at least 2 Cloud Payroll implementations
• Hands-on configuration experience in Cloud Payroll
• Detailed knowledge of configuring Oracle Cloud Payroll elements; including earnings, deductions, pension schemes and absence plans
• A thorough knowledge of UK payroll legislative requirements is required, as well as Expert Cloud fast formula configuration experience

Preferred Technical and Professional Expertise

• Oracle Cloud Payroll Certification
• Experience of OTBI and BI Analytics
• Experience of configuring Time and Labour, Benefits, HCM and Absence advantageous
• Leading mix of onsite and offshore resources
